We will repair your product free of charge in the following cases:
- Broken chain (repair by welding or replacement will incur a fee)
・Ring deformation correction ・Diamond re-setting (if the diamond is lost, there will be a fee for the diamond)

Our repair technicians will repair your item to the best of their ability without using additional parts.

When welding a 0.5mm wide/0.17mm linear chain, the chain links will not be completely restored. The links will be reconnected, but there will be some deformation of the chain links at the connection points. (This is not noticeable on the necklace as a whole, but is noticeable upon closer inspection.) If you would like the chain to be completely restored, we will offer a chain replacement service for an additional fee.

The following cases are not covered by the warranty:
Repairs will be available at an additional cost.

・Scratch polishing (minor scratches due to use)
・When a chain needs to be replaced due to stretching or breakage ・Replacement of lost diamonds or parts ・Remaking of severely deformed products ・Resizing to a usable state

・The warranty is valid for six months from the date of delivery. The warranty is limited to one time per product.
・The expanded warranty coverage will apply to purchases made after May 7, 2025.
- For products purchased before the price change, we will continue to provide free replacements only if the product has an obvious defect (such as a manufacturing defect).

We will repair any damage caused by product defects free of charge for three months from the date of purchase.
If damage occurs due to your usage conditions or environment, we will charge you for repairs.We apologize for any inconvenience.
In addition, we issue a "product warranty" at the time of purchase. Although we have a thorough product inspection system, if there is any defect, we would appreciate it if you could fill out the necessary information on the product warranty and contact us.

At Monatelier, we offer ring resizing services for a fee.
If you wish to do so, please contact customer support.

2. We will inform you of how to ship your item.
   Please send it with prepayment.
   If you send your parcel cash on delivery without contacting us in advance, we will refuse to accept it.
3. Please send your package using a shipping method that provides compensation for loss or damage, such as Takkyubin or Yu-Pack.
4. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will provide you with a quote.
   Once you agree to the terms, we will begin repairs.
5. We will ship the product after the repair is completed.
   We will send the repaired item to the address registered in your Monaterie account. If your registered address has changed, please update it accordingly.

Monatelier jewelry is often delicate, so please do not wear it for long periods of time and store it in a jewelry box or similar when you take it off.
Even if your jewelry is not delicate, exercising, bathing, or sleeping while wearing it can cause the chain to break or become deformed. Please avoid wearing jewelry that is not advertised as being OK to wear all the time.
You can store your jewelry in a non-dedicated jewelry box as long as the following conditions are met.
- Avoid direct sunlight - Store in a soft material such as cloth - Avoid jewelry from bumping into each other - Avoid high temperatures and humidity

Not only the 10K used at Monatelier, but also 18K and platinum are very sensitive metals. Scratches can occur when metal rubs against another metal, so please store your jewelry in a way that avoids contact with other jewelry as much as possible.
Scratches will inevitably occur as you wear it, so I don't think you need to worry too much about them.
It's nice to enjoy the unique character of scratched jewelry, and if you request a refinishing repair, we can polish it to look like new.

However, please avoid storing diamonds or other stones in such a way that they come into contact with each other, as this may cause cracks or chips.
