Normally, we send you the product and it takes about a month for delivery.

During the pop-up period , our craftsmen will be on hand to polish and refinish your items.

• We will refinish jewelry purchased at Monatelier. We do not refinish jewelry purchased at other stores.

• For refinishing, our craftsmen will polish the jewelry to the extent that it can be polished within 10 minutes. Depending on the condition of the jewelry, deep scratches may not be repaired. Please be aware of this before making a reservation.

• We accept up to five people for refinishing at each reservation time. Refinishing will be done on a first-come, first-served basis during the reservation time. Depending on the order, there may be a long wait time.

• Once your reservation is complete, you will not be able to change to another time slot.

• If you wish to cancel, please contact us via chat on the online shop.

• If you cannot make it to your reservation time, we will accept your request outside of the reservation time, but we will prioritize touch-ups for other customers. Since the work will be done during our free time, we cannot give you an estimated completion date.

• White gold items cannot be refinished as rhodium plating cannot be performed at the venue. Pink gold items can be refinished.
