The process from ordering to delivery
Please select the product you want and proceed to the checkout screen in your cart.
Once your order is complete,
An "Order Confirmation (automatic email)" will be sent from info@monatelier-jewelry.com.
*If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder and email reception settings.
Our staff will check your order and send you an order confirmation email.
Please check this email for shipping date, payment amount, etc.
Domestic shipping will be via Japan Post's Yu-Packet service.
If you purchase an item with a single price of 33,000 yen or more or a gift box, it will be shipped by Yamato Transport.
*For overseas shipping, we will ship using Japan Post's international parcel service (airmail), and additional shipping charges will apply.
Orders placed before 10am on business days will be shipped the same day.
Please note that orders placed after 10am will be shipped on the next business day.
We are open on weekdays, but closed on weekends, national holidays, and the New Year holidays.
Orders will only be shipped if payment has been confirmed by 10am on business days.
Please be aware of this in advance.

Japan Post's Yu-Packet is delivered to your mailbox, so you cannot specify the arrival date.
Your package will generally be delivered the day after or the day after it is sent.

If you purchase a gift box, it will be shipped via Yamato Transport.
If you would like to specify a delivery date, please enter the details in the comments section.
For any post-shipment confirmations, please use the services provided by Yamato Transport.
The date that can be specified by Yamato Transport is within 7 days of shipping.
By having the delivery address held at the delivery company's office, we allow the customer to adjust the timing of receipt of the order.

We accept delivery to Yamato Transport offices.
If you wish, please fill in the following information:
①Please write "I would like to have it delivered to the office" in the comments section of the cart. ②Please write the name of the center you would like to have it delivered to and the center code in the delivery address.
If no designated center is specified, we will designate the center nearest to the delivery address.
In that case, we may not be able to deliver to the center you requested, so we recommend that you specify the center.

Made-to-order products and special-order products are products that are made specifically for a customer according to their order and delivery date.
For example, customization of jewelry such as white gold, pink gold, platinum, etc., chain changes, and ring size changes at order meetings. This applies not only to the orders listed above, but also to all orders that have a delivery date and cannot be sold to anyone other than the customer who placed the order.
For made-to-order items, if we do not receive a cancellation notice within 24 hours of placing your order, we will begin production to fulfill your order.
Once production has begun on a made-to-order product, we cannot accept any cancellations or changes during production.
Because the order is customized specifically for the customer, it cannot be sold to other customers, and all materials, parts, and labor costs would be wasted.
Please understand the above points before placing your order.
Please note that although pre-orders only have a lead time, orders can be cancelled midway as these items can be sold to other customers as stock.

Receipts are issued for payments made by credit card, electronic money, or payment agency, so the statement of charges issued by each payment agency will be the official receipt. Please note that we will not reissue receipts.
About returns
Please be sure to check the following when you receive the product.
・Check that there are no defects in the product. ・Check that there are no errors in the order. ・Check that the size is correct.
If you have any concerns about the product you received,
Please be sure to contact customer support within one week of receiving the item.
We will contact you to inform you of the return and exchange procedure.
- Items that have been used regardless of the number of times - Customized items (engraved rings, items with resizing options, customized chains, etc.)
・Special-order items and made-to-order products (white gold, pink gold, ring size changes, etc.) This refers to all items that are made specifically for customers who place an order and have a specific delivery date.
・Items that are dirty or damaged ・Items that have been received more than one week ago,
If the product return deadline provided by our company has passed or if the product is returned without any contact
Please contact customer support within one week of receiving the item.
We will contact you to inform you of the return procedure.
Jewelry is very delicate and can be easily scratched.
If you are returning the product, please handle it with care before sending it back.
- All return shipping and handling fees for returns due to customer reasons will be borne by the customer.
・When returning the product, please return it in the same condition as when it was delivered (including the gift box and warranty card).
・Please use cardboard or other cushioning materials to pack the product carefully before returning it. We cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. If any scratches or other damage are found on the product, we may charge you for the repair costs.
・When returning items, please use a shipping service such as Takkyubin or Yu-Pack that provides insurance against loss or damage and allows tracking of the package. Also, please be sure to keep a copy of the shipping receipt until all return procedures are complete.
・Return procedures are handled by the person who placed the order. Please be sure to contact the person who placed the order, even if you received the item as a gift, as we will also provide instructions on refund processing.
Depending on the condition of the returned product, we may charge you the actual loss amount, including the cost of manufacturing the product, disassembling it into materials, and refining it, as well as handling fees.
If you return an item for personal reasons such as "the size doesn't fit," "it's different from what I expected," or "I ordered the wrong item," and a fee is incurred during the refund process, the fee will be borne by the customer.
Please be aware of this.
In addition, the refund method will differ depending on the payment method used when placing your order.
If paying by credit card, we will take steps to stop the charges on your credit card.
Depending on your credit card company's closing date, you may be charged once, but the amount will be refunded by your credit card company or deducted from your purchases the following month.
After we have completed the refund process, it may take some time for the refund to be processed depending on the closing date of the financial institution where you made the payment. For more information on the timing, please contact your financial institution.

We take great care in inspecting our products,
If there is any defect or mistake in the product, please contact us as soon as possible.
If we do not have any stock available for exchange, such as limited quantity items, we will provide a refund.

If you place your order after 10am, please contact us by 10am the next business day.
[For orders with long delivery times, such as made-to-order orders]
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After that, we will start production for the customer who placed the order, so we cannot accept any changes or cancellations during the process.
Please note that if you place an order for a pre-order item or other item with the same specifications as an in-stock item and it takes a long time to deliver, you can cancel it at any time.
We cannot accept returns for reasons such as "cancellation after product has been shipped," "long-term absence," or "refusal to accept."
We will not be able to provide refunds to those who are unable to receive the item.

About the product
Monatelier jewelry is often delicate, so please do not wear it for long periods of time and store it in a jewelry box or similar when you take it off.
Even if your jewelry is not delicate, exercising, bathing, or sleeping while wearing it can cause the chain to break or become deformed. Please avoid wearing jewelry that is not advertised as being OK to wear all the time.
You can store your jewelry in a non-dedicated jewelry box as long as the following conditions are met.
- Avoid direct sunlight - Store in a soft material such as cloth - Avoid jewelry from bumping into each other - Avoid high temperatures and humidity
Not only the 10K used at Monatelier, but also 18K and platinum are very sensitive metals. Scratches can occur when metal rubs against another metal, so please store your jewelry in a way that avoids contact with other jewelry as much as possible.
Scratches will inevitably occur as you wear it, so I don't think you need to worry too much about them.
It's nice to enjoy the unique character of scratched jewelry, and if you request a refinishing repair, we can polish it to look like new.
However, please avoid storing diamonds or other stones in such a way that they come into contact with each other, as this may cause cracks or chips.
