Request for returns and exchanges
Please be sure to check the following immediately when you receive the item.
- Is there any defect in the product?
- Is your order correct?
- Is the size correct?
If you have any concerns about the item you received, please be sure to contact customer support within one week of arrival.
We will get back to you with the procedure for returning or exchanging.

About returns
Please contact customer support within one week of arrival. We will get back to you with the return procedure.
Jewelery is so delicate that even the slightest scratches can occur. If you wish to return the product, please handle it with care and return it.
Precautions
- Made-to-order products and custom-made products (changes in chain thickness and length, changes in plates, etc.) are manufactured as custom-made products for the orderer.
In the case of returns, we will charge 8,000 yen as the wage at the time of production, the wage for disassembling and re-smelting into materials, and the handling fee. - When returning it, please return it as it was delivered. (Gift box, certificate, etc.)
- When returning, please use Takkyubin, Yu-Pack, etc., which is guaranteed to be lost or damaged / can track your luggage. Also, be sure to keep a copy of the invoice until all return procedures are completed.
- The return procedure is done with the orderer. We also provide information on refund processing, so even if you receive it as a gift, please be sure to contact us from the orderer.
About exchange
Please contact customer support within one week of arrival. We will get back to you with the replacement procedure.
However, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges for replacement, such as "the size does not fit" or "I want to use a different metal color".
In addition, about [exchange of bare metal color], we will accept it only when the stock is available for the bare metal color you want to exchange.
If the desired bullion is not in stock, we will not be able to accept the exchange. If you wish, please return the item once and place an order again with the desired bullion.
Example:
The ordered item is YG, but I would like to exchange it for an in-stock PG. → Yes
The ordered item is YG, but I would like to exchange it for a WG that is out of stock. → Impossible (Return → Reorder)
Precautions

- If you wish to exchange the product at the same price but with a different product, please return it for the convenience of the system and reorder the desired product.
About defective products and misdelivery
We take great care in inspecting the product, but if there is a problem or mistake in the product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will replace it with a new product as soon as possible.
If there is no exchangeable stock such as limited quantity items, we will refund you.
About refund
If the return is due to the customer's convenience, such as "the size does not fit", "the image is different", or "the order is wrong", and a handling fee is incurred during the refund procedure, the handling fee will be borne by the customer. Please note that.
In addition, the refund method differs depending on the payment method at the time of ordering.
In case of credit card payment We will take steps to stop the credit card billing. Depending on the closing date of your credit card company, payment may be required once, but the credit card company will refund or deduct from your usage the following month.
* In the case of credit card payment, we do not refund by cash or transfer.
For non-credit card payments, refunds will be made by bank transfer.

About cancellation
For in-stock items, please contact us by 13:00 on the day.
If you place an order after 13:00, please contact us by 13:00 the next business day.

For out-of-stock items (ordered items / custom-ordered items), please be sure to contact us within 3 days from the date of order.

We cannot accept returns due to "cancellation after shipping", "long absence", "rejection of receipt", etc.
