From Order to Delivery

1. 1. Placing an order

Select the product(s) you wish to purchase and proceed to the purchase page from the cart.
Once your order is complete, an automatic order confirmation email will be sent to you from info@monatelier-jewelry.com.

If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or your email settings.

2. Confirmation of order details

Our staff will confirm your order and send you an order confirmation email. Please check this email for shipping date and payment amount.

3. Shipping

Domestic shipments will be sent by Japan Post Yu-Packet. International shipments will be sent by Japan Post International Parcel (Airmail), which will incur a separate shipping fee.

Delivery time and shipping

For credit card orders, orders placed before 10:00 AM on business days will be shipped the same day, unless a delivery date is specified.

If you choose to pay in advance by bank transfer, PayPay, PayPal, etc., orders whose payment is confirmed by 10:00 AM on a business day will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 10:00 AM will be shipped the following business day.

Specifying the Arrival Date

Japan Post's Yu-Packet is delivered by post, so it is not possible to specify an arrival date.
Please refer to Japan Post's website for details.

Payment Method

Credit card payment

We will bill you at the time of product shipment.

The number of payments you can make depends on which credit card company you use.

Bank transfer (Pre-payment)

The amount to be paid is the price of the product and the bank transfer fee. The bank transfer fee is the responsibility of the customer. After confirming the transfer, the order will be confirmed and the product will be shipped. For immediate delivery, if payment is not confirmed by 1:00 PM, the product will be shipped on the following business day.

Precautions

  • If payment is not confirmed within 7 days of the order, the order will be automatically canceled.
  • If you have used a coupon or if the amount of your order is subject to correction, the amount in the automatic confirmation email may differ from the actual amount you will be charged. Please transfer the amount shown in the order confirmation email that we will send you later.
  • Please note that we are unable to confirm payment on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, so please be careful if you are in a hurry to place your order.
  • Please use the name of the person who placed the order as the payee.
  • If the name of the person placing the order and the name of the payee are different, it will be difficult to confirm the payment, so please be sure to inform us of the name of the payee before transferring the money.

About Returns

Requests for Returns and Exchanges

Please be sure to check the following items immediately upon receipt.

  • Check for any defects in the product.
  • Check that there are no errors in your order.
  • Check if the size of the product is correct.

If you have any concerns about the item(s) you received, please contact our customer support within one week of receiving the package.
We will contact you shortly to discuss the return/exchange procedure.

Items That Cannot be Returned or Exchanged

  • Items that have been used regardless of the number of times.
  • Items that are stained or damaged.
  • Items that have been returned more than one week after delivery or after the return shipping period specified by us has expired.
  • Items returned without prior notice.

Return Policy

Please contact our customer support within one week of receipt. We will contact you shortly to discuss the return procedure.
Jewelry is very delicate and even the slightest scratch can cause damage. If you wish to return your jewelry, please handle it with care and send it back to us.

Cautions

  • In the case of a return, the actual loss will be charged as the labor cost at the time of production, disassembly and remanufacturing into materials, and handling fee.
  • Please return the item(s), including the gift box and certificate of authenticity, in the same condition in which it was delivered.
  • /Please use a delivery service such as Takkyubin or Yu-Pack, that guarantees the return of your package in case of loss or damage and allows for tracking. Please be sure to keep a copy of the invoice until all returns have been processed.
  • The return procedure should be conducted by the person who placed the order. Please be sure to contact us with the person who placed the order, even if you received it as a gift, as we will have to guide you through the refund process.

About Exchange

Precautions

  • Please return the item(s), including the gift box and certificate of authenticity, in the same condition in which it was delivered.
  • /Please use a delivery service such as Takkyubin or Yuupack, that allows for tracking which guarantees the return of your package in the case of loss or damage. Please be sure to keep a copy of the invoice until all returns have been processed.
  • Please provide us with the name of the person who ordered the item, even if you received it as a gift.
    (We will check the status of your order so that the exchange can go smoothly.)
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different item at a different price, please return the item and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange it for.
  • If you wish to exchange an item that is the same price but a different item itself, due to system reasons, we ask that you return the item once and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange.

About Defective Products and Erroneous Deliveries

We take the utmost care in inspecting our products, but in the unlikely event that you find a defect or mistake in an item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will replace it with a new item as soon as possible.

About Refunds

If you return for reasons such as size not fitting, difference from the image, wrong order, etc., and a shipping fee is incurred during the refund process, the customer is responsible for any shipping fees. Please understand this in advance. The refund method differs depending on the payment method used at the time of order. In the case of credit card payment: We will stop charging your credit card. Depending on the closing date of your credit card company, your credit card may be charged once, but the credit card company will refund your money or deduct the amount from your order the following month.

About Cancellation

For in-stock items, please contact us by 10:00 AM the same day.
For orders placed after 10:00 AM, please contact us by 10:00 AM of the following business day.
We do not accept returns due to cancellation after shipment, long-term absence, or refusal to accept receipt. In this case, we will charge you for the return shipping cost and the losses (labor cost at the time of production, disassembling and remanufacturing into materials).
